PRODUCTION & DEVELOPMENT

Do you have a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
We don’t have a fixed MOQ. We support made-to-order, small runs, and private label production. Whether you’re producing 1 piece or 100, we’ll guide you based on your business model and budget.
Can I get my prototype after the sample is done?
We do not release the prototype as it is considered the property of The Fashion Coterie. This policy protects the integrity of the work and ensures accurate records for future production.
Do you provide both manual and digital patterns?
Yes, we create manual patterns and digital patterns (including DXF/AI formats). We also offer digital grading and pattern printing on request.
How long does it take to develop a sample?
Sampling usually takes 2 to 4 weeks, depending on fabric availability, trims, and design complexity. Faster timelines are possible for simpler pieces.
Can I revise my design after sampling?
Yes, but major revisions are charged as a new design. Minor corrections may be included depending on the stage of development.
Where do you produce?
We produce across a network of trusted partners and factories in Tunisia, Turkey, and Italy. Our production locations are selected based on your product type, target pricing, and desired quality
level.

SOURCING & FABRICS

Can you help me source fabrics and trims?
Yes. We source high-quality materials from trusted suppliers worldwide, including Italy, Turkey, and Tunisia. We can also develop custom textiles based on your needs.
Can I use the sourcing service without producing with you?
Yes. Fabric and trims sourcing is available as a standalone service, even if you choose to produce elsewhere.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT

Can you create my tech pack from scratch?
Yes, we develop advanced tech packs including measurements, fabric codes, trims, construction details, and illustrations. We usually finalize them after the approved sample to ensure accuracy.
What does your consultation service include?
We start with a 15-minute free intro call, and then offer paid consultation sessions tailored to your needs – whether you require help with collection development, costing, sourcing, or production planning.

Do you offer styling services for my collection?
Yes! We provide styling direction for editorial shoots, e-commerce, and campaign production – aligned with your brand identity and audience.
Can you manage my lookbook shoot?
Absolutely. We handle the entire lookbook process, including layout planning, garment coordination, and visual storytelling to reflect your collection’s theme.
Do you organize photoshoots and creative production?
Yes, we manage full photoshoot production – from model casting, photographer coordination, and location scouting to set design, moodboards, and shoot-day supervision.

BUSINESS SUPPORT

Can you help with brand identity and logo creation?
Yes. We develop professional brand identity packages, including logo design, font curation, color palettes, and packaging labels – made for fashion businesses.
Do you offer PR and marketing services?
Yes. We support brands with PR strategy, influencer collaborations, press kits, event planning, and social media marketing – tailored to pre-launch or growth stages.
Can I work with you if I'm not based in the UAE?
Of course. We work with international clients across the GCC, Europe, and the US. Most of our services can be delivered remotely, and we maintain clear communication throughout.
